Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, My wife and I are depending on our 401k investments, which we have been savings since 1988 for our retirement, and we need to be able to depend on receiving fair and honest advice and services from the financial industry. We can not afford to be cheated, miss lead or defrauded, especially at the end of our working lives when there's no time to recover. We have worked hard, been generally responsible and "followed the rules"; we expect that the government would require the same of the financial industry. Failure to provide fair and just laws, adequately enforced by the government, with prosecution when required, destroys faith in the system and will eventually lead to bad outcomes to all, even the people who are doing the cheating. I request the SEC enact a strong set of clear and just regulations on this matter for everyone's good. Sincerely, Mr. Steven Perkins
