Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, My IRA is invested in Wall Street Stocks and Bonds and Mutual Funds. Just like the majority of Americans getting ready to retire, my retirement depends on good investment advice because I didn't spend my life in the financial sector. If Congress allows, if you allow investment advisors to give bad and selfish advice in order to line their own pockets, then it's no different then allowing a pharmacist to become the corner drug dealer or a doctor to knowingly harm someone just so they can make more money. The USA doesn't have a safety net retirement for their citizens. We, the vulnerable retirement age citizens, have to rely on protections from congress. We have to rely on financial advisors who will not take advantage of us so that our retirement is safe and our lives are secure. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Ms. Kassandra Foster
