Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. American citizens have the right to expect fair and honest business dealings with anyone and everyone. We need and should have " Moral & Ethical Practice Laws " governing the businesses of our country that would force them to be forthright with all consumers. No hidden pitfalls, lies, twists in terms, etc. that would be waiting either in " fine print ", hidden fees or any other form of deception for the unsuspecting customer. Make these " loopholes " disappear and replace them with concrete honest and fair business ethics. Fair to both parties. It's very sad that, we, the public at large, must find ourselves forced to rally ourselves into a large force and have to petition any business to do what is right in eyes of God and Man. This should be a standard already without question. We have enough fraud to be aware of in our lives without having to vigilantly watching out for " supposedly " honest businessmen waiting to take advantage of people via " loopholes " that shouldn't exist in the first place. Sincerely, Mr. Art Bailey
