Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, As a former public employee and a person committed to serving the common good, it is important to me that the money I have earned and saved is still there for me in the future. I trust my financial advisor, but I have concerns about the savings of others being negatively effected by less scrupulous financial advisors. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
