Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I expect the Federal Government to protect my financial interests as a private citizen, over and above that of any financial investment company. The money that a private citizen scrimps and saves for investment, is the only thing that keeps investment companies afloat. If the citizens lose money then there will be no money to invest with these investment companies, and they will either decline financially or fail as businesses. We private investors are what keeps them in business. Therefore, there should be NO chicanery by them as regards our money! I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
