To the and Exchange Commission,

The SEC should close the loophole immediately if not sooner. No senior
citizen deserves to be treated like that! Senors have worked too hard
to save for retirement to have it taken away by greedy brokers &
bankers.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.
