Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, As a retiree my wife and I depend on what monies I have been able to save and hold for emergencies. We currently exist on our Military Retirement (Enlisted) and our Social Security. The prospect of loosing what little money power we have scares us to death. Shut down this loophole. As a senior it seems that we are under attack by our political "representatives", the last thing we need is our financial representatives taking advantage of us and making money on more of our losses. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
