I'm not an expert in medicine so I use a doctor and expect him to act in my best interest. When I needed a lawyer I chose someone who I thought would act in my best interest. I should not have to worry about the person whom I ask to advise me on matters concerning my financial future. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
