Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. It is utterly shocking to me that such a law is necessary-- but it is necessary. It is unspeakable that we can not expect to trust those whom we are paying to manage our money-- but the current standard of truth in government has corrupted all our institutions.
