Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

We have struggled to overcome our childhood poverty and become middle
class citizens. We worked hard, continued our education, and made
plans for our old age and retirement. Please strengthen the existing
rule to close the loopholes that allow the SEC to act in favor of
bankers and advisors. Do not allow the Wall Street to take the savings
we have worked diligently to put aside. Eliminate the loopholes for
financial advisors and bankers, thus preserving the future retirement
and assets of other investors, especially senior citizens.

You are aware of this legal problem. It is your job to protect us.
We deserve the peace of mind and security we prepared for. We will
hold you accountable for acting on our behalf rather than favoring
"big money" businesses and individuals who would steal from
anyone.

I'm counting on you to put our interests first by making a stronger
rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for
retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Evelyn S Wilkins
