I worked hard for 38.5 yrs for GM. I saved some money to retire on and
enjoy a decent life in retirement. I have a CFA I trust but there are
some out there who look out just for themself and take advantage of
people.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.
