Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I had good advice from a very rich friend forty years ago when i couldn't afford to take it. But I have since tuck to Vanguard and T. Rowe Price and fidelity Mutual funds. It would be great to be able to get good investment advice, but as long as wall street advisors can't be trusted I won't use them. It is ridiculous that they are still allowed to cheat and steal from clients. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mr. Edward Adelson
