Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I understand there is a loophole in our laws and regs covering investment advisors that allows them to take advantage of older Americans like myself who worked hard all our lives and now depend on financial advisors to help us take care of our investments.
