I am counting on you to make investing fair. With this loophole crooks are allowed to suck us dry while taking our carefully saved money. This is not encouraging to possible investors and no more fair than PONZY SCHEMS. Close the loophole for honest american or many will end up on welfare instead of enjoying the retirement they saved for for many years. Wall street has screwed over many in the decade and a half.
