Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I am writing to ask that you protect vulnerable people who for whatever reason do not or cannot understand the complexities of financial management. These individuals are dependent on people with integrity to act in their best interests. Please look at history going back to the stone age, and realize that the strong will eat the weak. It is your fiduciary responsiblity to protect these people as best as can be written into the rules. It could be your parents, siblings, friends or neighbors who would be the next victim. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
