Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I depend on income from my lifelong investments for my retirement income--Social Security is not enough. I missed out on 15 years of deposits to my Social Security account because I lived in Ohio, one of few states that chose not to accept Social Security. The investments are all I have to supplement Social Security. ***It is very difficult to go back to work at age 81, especially because I am physically handicapped. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Dr. Donald Owen
