Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Unlike most wealthy financial advisers, our retirement funds are limited and we cannot afford to be taken advantage of by unscrupulous investment advisors/firms. My wife and I worked hard for over 40 years to accumulate what little we have to help us enjoy our much earned retirement. Stiff penalties must enacted for those who mislead those of us who place our trust in them. Immediate removal of their licenses would be the perfect place to start, with a fine equal to the money they cost their clients. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
