Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, My son works as a Financial Planner and I've learned from him that there are so many ways to take advantage of clients by advisors who avoid fiduciary responsibility and steer clients to more costly and less suitable investment choices due to hidden incentive structures from financial institutions. We're seeing many of the safeguards enacted after the 2008 financial crisis repealed, rolled back or weakened. This is just another example. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mr. Thomas Seivert
