Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Thankfully I no longer have to worry about how to invest. If I were younger, however, I would never invest in anything listed on Wallstreet. It is a scam intended to defraud as many people as possible and funnel the money into the pockets of the extremely rich. Poor to middle-class people don't stand a chance of succeeding. Tying retirement to the stock market guarantees that people will be impoverished in their old age. The fact that you make it easier for the rich to defraud the rest of us is unconscionable. On behalf of the young people, I implore you to act to help level the playing field. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Ms. Linda Chapman
