Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, As a retired person I have tried using "financial planners" to help guide me through the maze of financial opportunities. Some have been good and others bad. Unfortunately I only learn of the bad ones after they make decisions that adversely affect my pocketbook. Sometimes it fattened theirs. Therefore'I must now spend a lot of time managing my own investments. Time I would prefer to spend elsewhere if I could trust those in the profession. When congress passed the rules requiring financial advisors to put my financial interests first I once again tried a financial planner. When that rule was repealed I took over my investments once again. Please help keep financial advisors interests aligned with mine. The good financial planners would actually benefit from rules requiring financial planners to act in their clients interests. Sincerely, Mr. Roger Frame
