Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I work hard to earn my money, and I've sacrificed to put some of it away for my retirement. Those funds shouldn't be siphoned off in fees that line the pockets of financial advisors, who are more interested in their own profits than in mine. Of course, financial advisors deserve to earn a living, but financial advisors should be required to do what is best for their clients, not what is best for themselves. Good advice should not be buried in fine print and technical language that only insiders understand. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Ms. Kimal James
