Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, When I talk with my financial adviser I expect him to be working to help me get the best deal. I feel he does well with the fees he gets on the decision I make and what I purchase. He doesn't need to be picking chooses that pay him extra. If I felt he was doing that I would drop him. I want a law that makes me feel like that makes me feel my financial adviser is working for me. If you want people to trust financial adviser you need a rule that will provide for that trust. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
