Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, The ball is now in your court. It is about time that someone looks at the way financial advisers conduct themselves. It is a well-known fact that if you receive bad treatment at a store, you will no longer shop at that store. However one does not know if the next adviser is good or bad. The loophole that allows an adviser to line their pockets with our retirement savings is beyond disgusting. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mrs. Ethel Dumas
