Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

We have worked hard for the money we have. The financial crisis hit
the middle class hard and yet Wall street rebounded and those who could
afford a loss made money on the deal. Loopholes and the 1% are preying
on those that can least afford it and it's immoral. Shame on the
lawmakers who pursue this avenue and allow brokers and bankers to
profit off the least of us.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security, and hold anyone who gives
financial advice genuinely accountable for helping everyday Americans.
Starting from the top down.
