Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I read an article that stated people lose 5% or more of their financial acumen every year after they reach the age of fifty. This was certainly true of my parents. My sister and I spent a small fortune over a 10 year period attempting to resolve their financial problems. With scammers focusing more and more on senior citizens, we should at least be able to trust our financial advisors. If not because they are honest but because they would be breaking the law otherwise. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Ms. Terri Knutson Knutson
