All Americans need protection from the wall street wolfs! Protection from the false praises of the Mutual Funds and the so called performance of their money managers. These Money Managers along with Financial Advisors are reaping nice profits off of our money-MONEY WE NEED TO LIVE ON. Their fees are very well hidden--we lay people do not understand the information given either verbally or written--THAT IS WHY WE SEEK OUT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR! They need to be made accountable for their actions, after all they are the PROFESSIONALS. You need to take affirmative action with these FINANCIAL ADVISORS by making them put INVESTORS' interest before their bank accounts. Furthermore, we Investors' need our investment information in PLAIN LANGUAGE NOT THE LANGUAGE OF LAWYERS!
I AM COUNTING ON YOU to make a stronger rule that CLOSES THE LOOPHOLE.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
