Me, my family, friends, and church members are very concerned about our investments in our IRAs, 401(k)s, and other savings. We have worked hard and are now near retirement age but sense a lack of support from our elected officials to ensure our investments are protected.
We are the generation that votes and we are watching what is happening.
We must be able to trust our financial advisors and our elected officials to do what is best for us. Too many of my friends have had extra fees added to their transactions or found out, after the fact, that some investments were not worthy investments.
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule of law that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. We are watching and we will respond in kind at the polls.
