Securities and Exchange Commission
To the and Exchange Commission,
Close loopholes in the present law that allow financial advisors to
steer everyday retirees into investments that are better for the
advisors' bank accounts than the retirees.
We should be able to trust our financial advisers to put our interests
first. Hidden fees and bad advice cost Americans billions of dollars
  every year. We deserve better.
Close this loophole and ensure a higher standard than the currently
  proposed rule.
Sincerely,
Mr. John Laskasky
