Subject: File Number S7-07-18: Stop financial advisers from sapping Americans' retirement savings

Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I dropped  my dealings with a stock broker because he seemed to be more interested in his commission than advising me properly.I do not trust any of the financial institutions to watch after my well being and make sure I get fair treatment and not being taken to the cleaners.

I think hard working Americans deserve a chance to improve their future lives by investing in America. However, I also view many of our financial inststuitions cannot be trusted. There are too many loopholes. These are  reasons  more people chose not to invest in American industries or businesses, especially banks after 2007 debacle.
Until we improve all working peoples lives and can trust the banks and financial institutioons we cannot make America Great!

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mr. Walt Dietrich
