Securities and Exchange Commission
To the and Exchange Commission,
We have been trying to decide who to chose as a financial advisor and it is not clear who will be a fiduciary and who will not. Since it is money we have earned over our lifetime we are hesitant to put in into someone's hands that won't protect it like we would or charge us hidden fees that we can not clearly see. It would seem that tightening up the regulations so that people are not taken advantage of by confusing wording or downright lying could be regulated. Thank you
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
Sincerely,
Ms. Teresa Feely
