To the and Exchange Commission,
We need to stop or get rid of those companies or individuals that are
financial advisers and are not helping their customers.
Before I choose a financial adviser, I will carefully research them. I
want them to be working for me, their customer, and not trying to only
benefit them or their company.
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.
