Pay vs. Performance Rule

Yes, do it!  We need more accountability for comparing CEO pay.  As a stockholder in many companies, it is very difficult to judge CEO pay when companies base compensation on other companies.  My own personal response anymore is if the CEO pay is over $5 million, I vote NO on say-on-pay advisory only provisions.  

I want CEOs to make a lot less and I think there should be a maximum wage limit.
