I care deeply about finding ways to increase fairness and transparency in our financial systems.

It is wrong and immoral for mediocre performing executives to walk away with huge payouts when their performance does not warrant such incentives.

We need more transparency into executive compensations to help curb obscene golden parachutes from happening while so many day-to-day workers and employees are suffering.
