Transparency is of upmost importance to me as an investor. I echo these sentiments in most of my comments on rule proposals because I greatly value transparency and feel it is critical to a free and fair market. There have been numerous studies conducted that point to wealth inequality driven by the massive and ever-growing gap between CEO and employee pay. I believe implementing this rule is the beginning of addressing that huge issue. I sponsor this rule as an investor, an employee, and a United States citizen.
