Im happy to see that steps are being pushed forward, as I currently have 0 faith in the American markets after witnessing such crimes without any consequences, enforcement nor end in site. I have idly sat by witnessing pfop, naked shorting and dark pool manipulation for years. Id like to stay optimistic, but the track record will need be reestablished for some time before I can confidentially get back into trust when trading in American markets.
