Dear Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am an investor in publicly traded companies through my retirement plan and personal savings.

I strongly support the SEC’s proposal requiring companies to disclose the CEO-to-median worker pay ratio, as required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

I also believe the rule should be extended considerably, to REQUIRE any publicly-traded company to maintain a CEO-to-lowest-paid worker ratio of no greater than 20 to 1, including all forms of deferred compensation, and extending to the extrapolated yearly wage of all hourly contract workers.

Sincerely,

Danny Rosenberg
