I’m writing in support of a strong Dodd-Frank rule 953(b).
As a long time investor, I have felt there needs to be more transparency in the corporate world. The huge salaries most CEO's make is unwarranted. I believe the average individual investor such as me, favors more corporate accountability not less.
It is in the interest of all Americans to lessen the disparity between corporates executives and the average worker.
