Dear Securities and Exchange Commission:

I strongly support the SEC’s proposal requiring companies to disclose the CEO-to-median worker pay ratio, as required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

I fear that CEOs are becoming to wealthy and that CEO compensation is too exorbitant, which drives competition in social status and class warfare among executives. There's no reason why a CEO should earn 100, 200, or 300 times the salary of any of their employees.

Disclosure is an excellent first step. Public awareness is key.

Sincerely,

Brad Dushkin
