S7-07-13 In reference to the percentage of Executive Compensation to rank and file workers I am in favor of this rule change. This will help investors in decisions about which companies that would be good to invest in. If a CEO is making 200% than a worker then, I know I am not earning as much money as I could earn on my shares.
Thank you for being brave enough to consider making this change as well as the Golden Parachute changes.
