I urge you to pass this rule. My retirement (in a public system) and those of my colleagues is tied to the market. I am dismayed over the financial information I receive from these companies and the difficulty in navigativng the maze of figures and statistics. The last debacle by banks and savings loan companies has put my retirement in jeopardy. I urge the SEC to step up and do the right thing by enacting this rule and increasing transparency and hopefully accountability of CEO's.
