I support Dodd-Frank rule 953(b), which strikes me as being all about the intersection of pay equity and investor value.
I am a 66 year old woman. In the 40+ years that we've been married, my husband and I have watched as our standard of living has been chipped away at while executive pay has soared. We have played by the rules, both have advanced degrees as professionals, yet we've barely kept ahead of inflation in spite of a very modest lifestyle.
The American way of life is being undermined and destroyed by out-sized pay to those at the top. We have very little hope that this will change for our daughter who is struggling as well to keep her "head above water".
Expose the truth about this matter of pay discrepancies!!
