This rule will provide zero value to investors and is purely a political bauble for the Obama administration. It s sad that the sec is now just another arm of the all politics, all the time executive branch. Can you please explain to me how comparing the CEO of a major us corporation to a worker in Bangalore will help anyone decide how to invest in that company? At a minimum you could have at least limited the requirement to us based citizens.
At the end of the day a significant amount of money will be wasted trying to comply with this rule.
