Corporations are chartered by government to attract capital to accomplish a common good. Or at least that was the original idea. Nowdays corporations are organized to attract captital to enrich a very few corporate participants.
The private engourgement trajectory for incorporation must be reversed and revectored to the common benefit purpose originally contemplated for charters of incorporation.
Corporations have become the new aristocracy and are, by definition, anti-democratic. Information is the disinfectant for change and shining a light on corporate private engourgement that is now the norm is only but a small step. But a necessary and crucial step to take.
