Excellent move, gentlemen This is a fantastic beginning. Keep up the good work. Do you remember Peter Drucker, known by many as the father of modern business management? His recommendation is a ratio of "20", but even stricter than the ratio in this proposal. Peter suggested the highest paid person in a company be paid no more than 20 times that paid to the lowest paid worker. If a CEO thinks his janitor can live on $20k per year, then he surely could live on $400k. If the CEO wants to earn a million, no problem, just make sure the other employees earn at least $50k. Then all employees win, not just a few at the top.
