There is no excuse for the bloated salaries and excessive compensation of the executives of the multinationals. Every penny that they have directed away from wages and into their own pockets is another penny denied to the WELL BEING of this country. This is particularly true of investment banksters who are PARASITES on this country.

It appalls me that the SEC and most of Congress apparently know so little about history. The same sorts of deregulation and corporate excesses have occurred at least three times in recent history (recent--meaning within 500 years). Every single damn time that we have applied the BOGUS free market principles and permitted executives of multi-nationals/banks to gain this sort of power, it has been DELETERIOUS for the vast majority.

We need to re-direct these billions to worker pockets in America. It will turbo-charge the economy and end the current DEPRESSION (STOP CALLING THIS A RECOVERY). The wheels of the economy will begin turning and bring demand and manufacturing back to the US. You notice that Germany didn't give up their manufacturing...nor did Israel.

NOT ONLY SHOULD YOU REQUIRE THAT EXECUTIVES TOTAL COMPENSATION BE REPORTED, YOU SHOULD PROVIDE A MECHANISM FOR STOCKHOLDERS TO OBJECT. YOU SHOULD ALSO GIVE EACH WORKER A SHARE OF STOCK SO THAT THEY CAN VOTE, TOO.

You will thank me for these suggestions. The country will prosper.
