On todays SEC homepage Latest News, the SEC busted three nere-do-wells for assorted nefarious behavior in violation of SEC rules. The SEC has teeth, and is very good at enforcing rules. As I peruse the below posts no one is giving the SEC credit for having any clout, a costly mistake for anyone not following prescribed protocol.
Startups cannot get bank financing, and this nation wants business, lets open this closed door. The backbone of our entire nation is small business and small business needs this rule passed right now, today.
Please SEC, Eliminate the Prohibition Against General Solicitation and General Advertising in Rule 506 and Rule 144A Offerings. Please do not impose and additional restrictions rendering the act useless to the very people it is supposed to help.
Please do it today and help America grow.
