After reading through all of the lengthy dissertations on the proposed JOBS general advertising rule, one item stands out. Everyone who is opposed to the passage of this rule stands to gain financially by not allowing the small business person to expand their business by advertising their offering. Those who pretend to agree with the mandate want to render the rule unusable by requiring potential investors to jump through hoops to invest in a business startup.
Please do not be strong armed into not passing this rule or making it worthless. Pass it today and allow the small business person to raise capital and succeed.
