Please eliminating the Prohibition Against General Solicitation and General Advertising in Rule 506 and Rule 144a Offerings.
I am an independent business owner and have been involved trying to raise capital to expand. I have IP designs and need to raise funds but I held back because of this regulation. I have 39 year experience in my industry and know what is needed to grow and creat jobs.
Please make the change and free up the pivate sector.
