Under the proposed rule, these are the questions that I have:
1. Does it or will it have special requirements for foreigners to be able to qualify as accredited investors?
2. If foreigners can readily invest in film and television projects, would they be able to use such circumstances to seek an investor Visa or adjust their immigration status to legal permanent resident?
3. Will there be an official Spanish version of the rule?
4. Does the SEC have or will have relevant guides, pamphlets and other resources on crowd-funding for film and television projects?
