I believe hedge funds should be held to standards at least as high if not higher than Mutual funds. Additionally, there should be a process to actually substantiate that investors are "acredited" and knowledable prior to their investing. The JOBS bill moves the wrong processes forward - we need more protection from greedy money managers - I myself lost money in several venues, two film productions, a REIT, a medical lifescan company and a high tech 3D gaming company - some of the purpetrators went to jail, others just folded and faded out of sight - no money is ever recooped Bankruptcy court enriches the legal teams but does nothing to help the investor Better regulations help - tax all stock trades to stop the speculation and eliminate "Flash" crashes. Help out the little guy. Thankyou
